    The Subject Of The Op Includes Activities For Subscription Maintenance Of Passenger And Load-Travel Lifts (Au) And Provision Of Spare Parts And Consumables For Them In The Event Of A Need For The Needs Of The Nssi Tp-Burgas. The Subscription Maintenance Of The Passenger And Loading Systems Is Carried Out By Carrying Out All Types Of Activities Related To 24-Hour Maintenance And Repair Activities (Prescribed By The Manufacturer; Upon Prescription Of The Regional Department Of Dg Idt; The Current Bulgarian Legislation And The Manufacturers Operation Instructions. Maintenance Includes: Lubrication, Cleaning And The Like; Functional Checks; Tuning And Adjustment Activities; Repair Or Replacement Of Constituents With Original Ones, Which Do Not Change The Technical Characteristics Of The Elevator; Repair Of The Electrical Installation For The Control Of The Elevator Or Replacement Of Elements Of It With Original Elements; Emergency Service Of Lifts.
