    Description Of The Scope And Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works For The Sale Of Construction: Construction And Reconstruction Of An Internal Water Supply System And Facilities, S. Breze, Devin Municipality The Intended Construction Includes Rehabilitation/Construction Of A New Internal Water Supply Network-Within The Limits Of The Settlement, Together With All The Necessary Adjacent Facilities With A View To Its Commissioning. In The Subject Scope Of The Award, The Envisaged Species And Quantities Of The Construction Works Should Be Carried Out Of The Approved Investment Project On The Part Of The Water Supply-Technological And Part Road. The New Water Supply Network Is Located Entirely Within The Reach Of The Existing Street Network In The Village Of Breze, Municipality. Devin. The Work On The Part Road Is Performed As Accompanying In The Rehabilitation Of The Water Supply Network And Are Carried Out As Restorative Within The Boundaries Of The Water Pipelines. The Implementation Of This Procurement Also Includes The Performance Of The Following Main Activities: Ah. Legally, Qualitatively And Timely Initiation, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Delivery Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor Force And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, The Spatial Planning Act (Zut) And The By -Laws For Its Implementation, As Well As All Other Acting Documents, Which Have Any Other Acts In Force. B Warranty Service Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Period; C. Remedy Of All Defects Found Within The Warranty Period; The Complete Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification Part, An Integral Part Of The Overall Documentation For The Contract.
