The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Teaching Aids (Study Notebooks) And To Provide Access To Electronically Readable Variants In The Subject Russian Language , Published By The Publishing House Kage Bulgaria Ltd. For Gratuitous Use By The Students Of The Ix-Xii Class For The School 2025-2026 At The Brethrynovi Secondary School. The Total Value Of The Public Procurement Is In The Amount Of Bgn 1 409.17 (One Thousand Four Hundred And Nine Levs, And Seventeen Pennies) Without Vat Included Respectively Bgn 1 536.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty -Six Levs) With Vat Included. The Required Quantities Of Study Notebooks Are Detailed In The Specific Application On The Submitted Form By Kage Bulgaria Ltd. And Are A Total Of 75 Pcs. (Seventy -Five) Study Notebooks Incl. Access To Electronically Readable Variants In The Russian Language Subject In Total For Students In Grades Ix-Xii. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Study Notebooks, Depending On The New Students Received During The 2025 - 2026 School Year. In The Event That There Is A Need For Delivery Of Additional Study Notebooks And In Order To Ensure Additional Unforeseen Units, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Outsource An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Contract For The Public Procurement, Pursuant To Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. ​​​​​ 2. The Place Of Execution Of The Contract Is The Building Of The Miladinovi Bratya High School, 4000, 14 Todor Alexandrov Str. 3. The Deadline For Delivery And The Term Of The Contract. The Contract Has A Period Of Operation Until 30.09.2025. The Deadline For Implementation Of The Main Request Is Until 05.09.2025. According To Approved By The Minister Of Education And Science With Order No. Rd09-316/13.02.2025 A Schedule Of The Activities For The Provision For Free Use Of Cognitive Books For Children In The Four Age Groups, Textbooks And Teaching Kits For Students From Grades I To Xii For The Textbook 2025-2026. 4. Requirements For Delivery: The Order Should Be Executed In Accordance With All The Rules And Regulations In Force At The Moment Regarding The Implementation Of The Awarded Activities. Textbooks, Training Kits Must Correspond To The Lists Of Textbooks Approved And Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Sciences, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids That Will Be Used During The School Year. They Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In Ordinance No. 6/30.11.2015. Textbooks, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids Should Be New, Without Traces Of Use And Properly Completed. Transport To Ex-Customer And Loading And Unloading Activities Are Carried Out By The Contractor And Are At His Own Expense.
