BOREHOLES FOR SELECTED COMMUNITIES Additional Information: The Oforikrom Municipal Assembly in Ashanti Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payment for the contract of the projects below; The Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers with; a. Valid Registrar General Certificate b. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (Class D3K3 and above) c. Valid Labour Certificate d. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Clearance Certificate with TIN e. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate f. Valid PPA Certificate g. Power of Attorney 1. Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 2. A Complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested and eligible Bidders. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the Office of the Procurement Unit, Oforikrom Municipal Assembly from 8.30 am. to 5:00 pm local time daily. 3. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased from Friday, 22nd August, 2025. at the Oforikrom Municipal Assembly-Procurement Unit upon payment of non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only, per document 4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for submission of Tenders. It shall be open in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Municipal Conference Room, Oforikrom Municipal Assembly at 10:00am on Tuesday, 9th September, 2025. Late submission shall be rejected. 5. Completed sealed Tender Document shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the Conference Room, Oforikrom Municipal Assembly with the Address below on or before 10:00am not later than Tuesday, 9th September, 2025.
