Tenders are invited for Supply of Tomato Paste 2.2kg Tin Closing Date: 16th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢300.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Supply of Tomato Paste 2.2kg tin Additional Information: The College of Nursing and Midwifery, Ntotroso intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Fund (IGF) to fund eligible payment under the contract for which this Invitation for tenders is issued 2. The College of Nursing and Midwifery, Ntotroso invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers for the procurement of goods. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the procurement unit and inspect the Tender documents between 9:00am-4:00pm each working day at the address below: College of Nursing and Midwifery, Ntotroso Procurement unit Ntotroso - Ahafo Region 0242389635/0242370522 (for enquiries only) 5. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submissions of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee (Bankers Draft) or cash of Three Hundred Ghana cedis (GHC 300.00) at the accounts department. 6. Tenders must be sealed with the address above and delivered into the tender box located at the College of Nursing and Midwifery Administration Block on or before 10:00am, Tuesday 16th September, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than two percent either Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond. Late tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the tenderer. 7.Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the College of Nursing and Midwifery conference room on 10:00am, 16th September, 2025. 8.It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
