Tenders are invited for Construction of Chps Compound with Staff Accommodation at Kwayease Closing Date: 11th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction of CHPS Compound with staff Accommodation at Kwayease Additional Information: The Pru East District Assembly (PEDA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations from the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) to fund eligible payment under contract for the procurement of economic and security facilities. The Pru East District Assembly hereby invites sealed tenders from Contractors with Ministry of Works and Housing Certificates in the category of D3K3 and above for the Tender documents (and additional information) may be inspected and purchased at the office of the District Chief Executive, Pru East District Assembly, Yeji BE/R for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH500.00) starting from 26th August, 2025 between the hours of 8:30am 5:00pm. Tender must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Tender or Bid Price in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Cheque or Bid Bond from a reputable Insurance Company. Sealed Tenders shall be delivered to The Chairperson, Entity Tender Committee, Pru East District Assembly - Yeji on or before 11th September, 2025 at 10:00am prompt. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tender shall be valid for 90 days after its submission. Tenderers are to submit their completed tenders with the following relevant valid documents: 1. Registrar Generals Registration Certificate 2. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate 3. Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Clearance Certificate 4. SSNIT Clearance Certificate 5. Labour Clearance Certificate 6. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate A tenderer will be selected under the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Tender Document.
