Tenders are invited for Construction and Furnishing of Chps Compound at Kokoago Closing Date: 11th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction and furnishing of CHPs Compound at Kokoago Additional Information: The Techiman North District Assembly in the Bono East Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payments for the contract for the underlisted projects The Techiman North District Assembly hereby invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers. Interested Tenderers will be required to submit the following statutory Documents: Valid SNNIT Clearance Certificate Valid G.R.A / Tax Clearance Certificate Valid Registrar Generals Business Registration Certificate Valid VAT Certificate Valid PPA supplier certificate Valid MWH Certificate (D3/K3 and above) Valid Labour Certificate 3. Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Tender Document. 4. Tender documents (and additional information) may be inspected and purchased at the Procurement office, Techiman North District Assembly, Tuobodom BE/R for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH500.00) starting from 22nd August 2025 on working days between the hours of 8:30am 5:00pm. 5. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two (2%) Percent of the Tender amount in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Cheque or Bid Bond from a reputable financial institution/ reputable insurance firm. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for Tender submission. 6. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from Sealed Tenders, bearing the address above should be delivered into the Tender Box located at the Mini Conference Hall, Techiman North District Assembly Tuobodom on or before 11th September 2025 at 10:00am prompt. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the Mini Conference Hall on 11th September 2025 at 10:30am prompt.
