Tenders are invited for Supply of Assorted Office Stationery Closing Date: 25th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢700.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Supply of Assorted Office Stationery Additional Information: The Bibiani - Anhwiaso - Bekwai Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to fund eligible payment under the contracts listed below for which this invitation is issued. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and in the guideline of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents; 1. SSNIT Clearance Certificate 2. Tax Clearance Certificate 3. Labour Certificate 4. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate/Evidence of Registration 5. Business Registration Certificate 6. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing (MWH, D3, K3 or above) 7. VAT Certificate (if applicable) 8. Water Resource Commission Certificate (if applicable) 4. A complete set of tender document in English may be inspected and purchased by Tenderers from the Procurement Unit (Room 27) from 8:30am to 4:30pm (local time) on the submission of a written application to the address provided below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢700.00 (Seven Hundred Ghana Cedis) at the Accounts Department (Room 7) of the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipal Assembly, Bibiani between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm on Monday to Friday. National holidays excluded. 5. Sealed Tenders shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the Municipal Assembly Hall on or before 10:00am (Local Time) on Thursday, 25th September, 2025. Tenders shall be opened at the Municipal Assembly Hall in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00am on Thursday, 25th September, 2025. 6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender opening. Late tenders will not be accepted.
