Tenders are invited for Renovation of Dcd Official Residential Accommodation Closing Date: 18th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Renovation of DCD Official Residential Accommodation Additional Information: 1. The Bawku West District Assembly has received funds from the Government of Ghana under the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) and intends to apply a portion of the funds to cover eligible payment for works contracts whose requirements are indicated in the table below: 2. The Bawku West District Assembly (BWDA) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above-mentioned projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. A complete set of Tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GH¢500.00) at the Bawku West District Assembly Accounts Office from 9:00 17:00 hours GMT during working hours starting from Tuesday August 26th, 2025. 4. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday September 18th, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representative who chooses to attend at the District Assembly Hall at 10.00 hours GMT on Thursday September 18th, 2025. 5.
