Repair And Maintenance Services Of Rolling Stock - Provision Of Vehicle Maintenance And Repair Services Together With The Supply Of Factory New Spare Parts And Consumables For Electrical Traction Units Of The 31We Type En78 Series And Type 45We Type En79 Series Series. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Provide Vehicle Maintenance Services And Repair Services Together With The Supply Of Brand New Spare Parts And Consumables For Electrical Traction Units Of The En78 Series And Type 45We Type En79 Series Used By The Ordering Party. The Forecasted Quantities Of Inspections Are Set Out In Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of: 1) P2 And P3 Maintenance Levels And Seasonal Inspections (Ps), Excluding Washing, Launching And Defacting Vehicles; 2) Repair Of Current Vehicles Performed As Part Of The Warranty Service Services; 3) Emergency Repair Of Vehicles; 4) Provision Of Warranty Service Services For Each Vehicle; 5) Maintaining A 24 -Hour Information Point (Service Telephone) By Phone Served By The Polish Operator In Polish, In A Tariff Without Increased Connection Fees. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Technical Maintenance Services Of The P2 Level Ezt To P3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include Service And Control Activities Performed As Part Of Duties By Train Drivers And Ezt On -Board Service. The Expected Medium -Length Course Of One Ezt Is About 500 Km. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities Falling Within The Scope Of Implementation Of P2 Maintenance Levels To P3, In Accordance With The Current Documentation Of The Maintenance System (Dsu), Referred To In The Regulation, The Activities Indicated In The Technical Documentation Of Ezt And The Appropriate Instructions For Devices, Teams And Components Installed In Ezt. The Contractor Is Obliged To Plan And Perform Ezt Technical Maintenance Services In Such A Way That The Ezt Of The Ordering Party, According To The Current Timetable, Is Possible Every Day. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate And Presence At The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contractors Leader (Leaders) Of The Contractors Service Group In Order To Plan And Systematically Perform By Subordinate Employees Tasks Arising From The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Proper Organization Of The Websites Work And 24 -Hour Contact With Employees Of The Company Koleje Małopolskie, Among Others Regarding The Provision Of Material Information On Both Completed And Planned Works. The Subject Of The Contract Is Obliged To Perform Without Undue Delay, Maintaining For This Purpose The Necessary Number Of Staff, Regardless Of The Technical And Organizational Circumstances Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular Regardless Of Whether The Service Services On Vehicles Concluded By Other Contracts Concluded By The Contractor Will Be Performed At The Same Time. The Contractor Keeps Documentation For Each Ezt, In Which All Activities Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Recorded. The Contractor Will Perform All Works Being The Subject Of The Contract By Following The Current: 1) Technical Documentation Of The Vehicle (Including Instructions) And Installed
