Based On Section 144A (Rule 144A) Of The United States Of The United States Of 1933, B. And The Rules Of The S (Regulation S) For Investors Outside The United States. As Part Of The Consulting, Among Other Things, O Expecting Or Not Planned Economic Events, O Accounting, Rating, Rating Issues, Obr -Accounting Policy, Account Mirror And Account Order, Ofrs Reporting, Compiling Additional Comments, Other Accounting Issues. In Terms Of The Provision Of A General Professional Consultation, If Necessary, To Develop Proper Treatment. Depending On The Nature Of The Issues, Counseling Is Provided Basically By Telephone, Email, Written Form And/Or, In Rare Cases, Personal Consultations.
