    Financial Consultancy Services - Accounting Advice Service 2025. Ak Prepares An Ifrs Report Every Year, Which Is Examined By The Auditor Of Ak And Issues An Audit Report. In Addition To The Annual Ifrs Report, An Interim Ifrs Report May Be Prepared In Connection With The Bonds Issued By Ak, The Frequency Of Which Is Defined On The Basis Of Bond Issues. Ak Intends To Use The Following Counseling Services Detailed In Connection With The Preparation, Bookkeeping And Data Reporting Of Ifrss: (I) General Accounting Advice On Annual, Separate Or, Where Appropriate, Consolidated Financial Statements. Ii) Hungarian Accounting Legislation (In Particular Act C Of 2000; Act Ccxxxvii Of 2013 On Credit Institutions And Financial Enterprises; General Accounting Consultancy On Accounting Issues. Iii) Accounting Counseling On Accounting Issues Related To The Issue Of Comfort Letter Related To International Bond Emissions: A. Based On Section 144A (Rule 144A) Of The United States Of The United States Of 1933, B. And The Rules Of The S (Regulation S) For Investors Outside The United States. As Part Of The Consulting, Among Other Things, O Expecting Or Not Planned Economic Events, O Accounting, Rating, Rating Issues, Obr -Accounting Policy, Account Mirror And Account Order, Ofrs Reporting, Compiling Additional Comments, Other Accounting Issues. In Terms Of The Provision Of A General Professional Consultation, If Necessary, To Develop Proper Treatment. Depending On The Nature Of The Issues, Counseling Is Provided Basically By Telephone, Email, Written Form And/Or, In Rare Cases, Personal Consultations. The Successful Tenderer Must Undertake The Management, Evaluation Of Certain Economic Events That Are Typical Of The Operation Of The Ak On The Basis Of Ifrs Regulations, The Presentation Of A Clear Opinion/Resolution On Related Results And Balance Sheets, And To Provide Consultation Professional Support If Necessary. Ak Expects The Winner Of The Service
