    Water Distribution And Related Services - Concession Of The Public Service Of Drinking Water - Communes Of Le Port And La Possession (Optional). The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Entrust To The Concessionaire, The Following Missions: - Lexploitation, Lentretian, Monitoring, Repairs Of The Treatment Of Treatment And Distribution Works Made Available By The Community, Including For Those Of The So -Called Industrial Network; - Drinking Of The Drinking From Boreholes Built By The Community And Its Follow -Up; - Drinking Water Lapprision Of The Users Of The Service; -The Continuity Of The Service Including In Particular The Implementation Of A Dastreting Service Which Can Be Contacted In The Event Of A Glow Twenty-Four Hours Out Of Twenty-Four, 365 Days Per Year; - The Update Of Links Of The Material And Intangible Heritage Of The Services; - The Collection And Enhancement Of Information Relating To The Operation Of The Installations And The Service Of The Service; - The Readers Statement And Associated Invoicing, Including For Wastewater Collection And Treatment Services On The Perimeters Of Port And Possession Cities; - Carrying Out The Work Defined By The Contract; - Relations With Service Users; - The Right To Receive On Users A Fee In Remuneration Of The Service Rendered; - Data Lineage On The Water France Site; - The Production Of The Delegate Annual Report And Lassistance To The Community For The Production Of The Report On The Price And Quality Of The Service; - Linformation To The Community Of Any Incident Or Problem Which Occurred In The Context Of Follow -Up; - Taking Into Account Sustainable Development The Detailed Description Of The Expected Loffre Appears In The Consultation Documents
