Construction Supervision Services - Supervision Services “Design And Execution Of The Brașov - Târgu Mureș - Cluj - Oradea Highway, Section 3B: Mihăiești - Suplacu De Barcău, Subsection 3B3: Gate Salajului - Zalau, Including Tunnel On The Highway Profile In The Meseș Area And Subsection 3B4:. The Object Of This Service Contract Is The Provision Of High Quality Supervision Services, Both During The Period Of Design And Execution Of The Works, And During The Period Of Guarantee Of The Works, In Order To Follow The Correct Use Of The Available Funds And To Ensure That The Entrepreneur Projects And Executes The Works In Accordance With The Contractual Obligations, In Particular, In Particular, In The Case. The Consultant Will Have The Role Of Supervisor According To The Provisions Of The Contract The Design And Execution Of The Brasov - Târgu Mureș - Cluj - Oradea Highway, Section 3B: Mihăiești - Suplacu De Barcău, Subsection 3B3: Gate Salajului - Zalau, Including Road Tunnel On The Highway Profile In The Area - Subsection 3B4. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, And In Compliance With Article 24 Of The Service Contract, Any Changes That May Intervene During The Period Of The Contract, Refers To The Following, Without Limiting To Them: 1. Modifications Of The Contracting Parties; 2. Modifications Resulting From The Need To Carry Out Additional Studies/Expertise; 3. Changes Resulting From The Implementation Of The Requests From Various Institutions/Authorities/Entities That Have Attributions In Relation To The Investment Objective (Such As: Ministries, Jaspers, Cental And/Or Local Institutions, Certified Verifiers, Control Bodies, Etc.); 4.. 5. Changes Generated By The Inclusion/Introduction Of New Subcontractors And/Or Replacement Of Initial Subcontractors; 6. Changes Generated By The Change/Replacement Of Key/Non-Key Personnel/Other Personnel (Other Than Experts/Persons Who Have Been The Object Of Punctuation Within The Evaluation Factors Related To The Award Criterion); 7. Changes Regarding The Extension Of The Deadlines By The Provider Of The Reports/Supplies Specified In The Contract Or Modifications Regarding The Verification And Approval Of The Reports/Supplies By The Beneficiary 8. The Modification Of The Graph Of Activities Initially Existing Within The Contract During The Period Of Provision Of Services Through The Realcament Of The Personnel And/Or Of The Existing Resources/ 9. Realization Of Resources Or Economies Within The Service Contract From: A) Non -Consuming Working Days Due To The Non -Mobilization/Demobilization/Mobilization Of Experts/Staff; B) The Probability That Certain Resources Are No Longer Consumed/Necessary; C) The Application Of The Provisions Of Art. 20.9 Of The Service Contract; D) Non -Consuming The Working Days Due To The Signing Of The Service Contract With The Design And Execution Contract (Under Conditioning
