The Assignment Includes The Following Services: • Integrated Architecture Assignments, Including All Studies And Techniques, Integration Of Art, Epb Reporting, Safety Coordination, Acoustics, Design And Implementation; • The Preparation Of An Application For Obtaining An Environmental Permit; • The Preparation Of The Implementation Planning, Detailed Drawings, Technical Specifications, Measurement States; • Technical Guidance Of The Award Procedure (S); • Checking The Execution Of The Contracting Works, Leading The Site Meetings And Taking Care Of The Accompanying Reporting; • The Check And Improvement Of The Claim Statements Submitted; • Providing Advice On Proposed Changes And Submitted Settlement Proposals In Minus Or In More, As Well As Other Technical Matters Raised During The Execution Of The Contracting Works; • Providing Assistance To The Provisional And Final Delivery Of The Contracting Works. The Design Team Must Organize Itself In A Way That It Can Deliver All Disciplines That Are Necessary To Be Able To Submit A Receptive And Complete Environmental Permit With The New Construction And Renovation Project As The Object.
