The City Of Espoo Is Asking For Tenders For Evaka®, An Open Source Of Early Childhood Education And Pre-School Erp And Customer Information System, For The Cities Of Espoo, Oulu, Tampere And Turku, As Well As The Tampere Framework (Also The Term Customer Or Subscriber). The Cities And Municipalities Involved In The Acquisition Will Be Provided With Continuous Expert Service To Maintain And Develop The Implementations Of The Evaka Core And Municipal Implementations. For A More Detailed Description Of The Content Of The Procurement, See Annex 1 Of The Invitation To Tender. Description Of The Subject Of The Acquisition. The Procurement Is Not Divided Into Parts Because The Service Subject To The Procurement Forms A Coherent Entity That Is Not Appropriate To Divide Into The Smallest Entities. The Expected Total Value Of The Acquisition Without Vat Is € 15 Million. The Total Value Is Divided Between The Procurement Entities As Follows: City Of Espoo: € 3.57 Million City Of Oulu: € 3.57 Million City Of Turku: € 3.57 Million In Tampere Region: Eur 4.29 Million, Based On Competitive Tendering, Selects One Supplier And One Custodian. The Agreement Will Take Effect From The Signature And Is Valid Indefinitely. The Estimated Start Date For The Contract Period Is In November 2025. Espoo Will Make A Procurement Decision On Behalf Of Everyone, But Each Contracting Entity Will Sign Its Own Contractual Contract.
