The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Heavy Rescue And Fire -Fighting Car With A 6X6 Drive For The Volunteer Fire Brigade Unit In Czajków. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 6 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Data On The Subject Of The Contract Necessary For Registration Will Be Entered In The Technical And Quality Acceptance Report. 3. The Delivered Vehicle Must Meet Everything Requirements Specified By Polish Law And Norms. 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Insurance, Review, As Well As Training Conducted By The Contractor In The Field Of Vehicle Service And Equipment Constituting Its Equipment (Theoretical And Practical), For At Least 3 Representatives Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Czajków. The Training Will Be Conducted At The Contractors Headquarters During Technical And Quality Acceptance. The Contractor Will Draw Up A Protocol From The Conducted Training, And The Tso Representative Will Confirm Its Conduct. 5. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Or International Standards Used In Swz And In Attachments May Indicate Product Manufacturers Or Sources Of Their Origin, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Main Technical Parameters And That Are Important To Achieve The Goal Of The Products Indicated In This Way, Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Employer As To The Quality Of Products That Are To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.
