N05.70 Mp-080012- Tun.Twann-Ligerz-This Tender Concerns Project Author Services (Apr) Traffic, Signage And Marking For Studies And Carrying Out The Bypass By The North Of The Village Of Twann (Douanne). This Bypass Takes The Form Of A Tunnel (Twanntunnel) Which Connects And Prolongs The Existing Gleress Tunnel (Ligerztunnel). The Project Consists Mainly Of A New 1,925 M Underground Tunnel Which Is Connected To The Portal Is On The N05 Existing Between Twann And Wingreis, Where A New Half-Judicion Is Planned (Integrated Into The Mandate). The Complete Work Is Built Under Traffic And Requires A Complex Realization Phasing At Its 2 Ends. A Second Part Consists In Carrying Out The Services Relating To The Reclassification Of The Crossing Of The Village Of Twann Following The Commissioning Of The Twanntunnel. The Mandate Covers The Study Phases Dp, Sia 41 And The Sia 51, 52 And 53. These Services Are Governed By The Sia 103 Regulation Concerning The Services And Fees Of Civil Engineers.
