The L 549 Bahnhofstrasse In Büren Is Used Daily By Around 14,500 Vehicles, Including 3.5 % Heavy Goods Traffic. The Nodes With State And City Roads Are Also Heavily Burdened. The Central Bus Stops On The L 747/Eickhoffer Straße Are Too Few, Not Barrier -Free And Partly Without Weather Protection. The City Of Büren Has Created A Concept Planning With Transport Reports For The Renovation Of The Passage Through The Town And Supplemented In Coordination With The Road Construction Company Straße Nrw, The Nph And The Detmold District Government. With The Available Documents, It Is Now Possible To Enter The Design And Execution Planning. On The Basis Of The Concept Planning, A Development Plan Was Created And The Required Land Acquisition Was Prepared. The Building Law And Ownership Requirements Should Be Met By The Start Of The Further Plans. A Corresponding Expansion Agreement With The Road Construction Load Provider Landesbetrieb Straße Nrw Is Now Available. According To This Agreement, The Following Measures - Starting In Section 17 Of The L 549 At Approx. Station 36 And Ending In Section 19 At Approx. Station 65 - Are To Be Implemented: In The Course Of The Construction, The Node Points: • A L 549 Bahnhofstraße / L 747 Eickhoffer Straße / Neuer Weg- (Nk 4417016), • B L 549 Bahnhofstrasse / L 637 Lindenstrasse / L 549 Königstrasse (Nk 4417017) Converted Into Roundabout Systems And • The Junction C L 549 Bahnhofstraße Or Bertholdstraße / L 637 Königstraße / Bertholdstraße (Nk 4417029) Seren For Meeting Traffic When Turning Buses And Heavy Traffic. Between The Nodes A And B, The Route Of The Passage Through The Town Of The L 549 (Section D) Is Converted. In The Area Of The Knot A (L 549 Bahnhofstraße / L 747 Eickhoffer Straße / Neuer Weg (Nk 4417016)), A Central Omnibus Stop (Zoh) (Section E) Is Created On The Southwestern Side Of The L 549. Existing Bus Stops In The Course Of The L 549 Are Adapted To The Changed Conditions In The Passage Through. The Essential Measures Of Concept Planning Are Presented Below: 1. Remodeling Of The Bahnhofstrasse / Bertholdstraße Junction: At The Knot, The Building Bertholdstrasse 3 Was Demolished And Converted Into A Temporary Green Area. The Area Gain Enables Geometric Expansion, So That The Simultaneous Left And Turning Of East To North And Vice Versa Is Possible. This Reduces The Waiting Times, Sidewalk Widths And Installation Areas To Crossings Of The Signal Systems Can Be Enlarged. In Addition, A New Signal -Controlled Crossing Area For Pedestrians Is Created In The Northern Branch. For The Expansion, A Sub -Area Of Approx.
