The Proposed Acquisition Aims To Ensure The Necessary Means Of Car Transport, Of A Utility Vehicle, Intended For The Transport Of Persons And Goods, For Several Branches Belonging To Hidroelectrica Sa. This Endowment Is Essential For Carrying Out The Current Activity In Safe And Efficient Conditions, Especially In The Specific Context Of The Location Of Hydropower Installations In Hard -To -Reach Areas, Such As Mountain Or Isolated Ones. • The Branches For Which The Purchase Of Vehicles Is Requested Are The Following: Sh Vâlcea - S Ciunget Exploitation: 1 Utility Vehicle; • Sh Sebeș: 1 Utility Vehicle; • Sh Sebeș - S Galceag: 1 Utility Vehicle; • Sh Hațeg - Uhe Caransebeș: 2 Utility Vehicles; • Sh Bistrița: 1 Utility Vehicle; • Sh Hațeg: 1 Utility Vehicle; • Sh Iron Gates: 1 Utility Vehicle; • Sh Cluj: 1 Utility Vehicle; • Sh Curtea De Argeș: 1 Utility Vehicle. The Need For These Means Of Transport Is Determined By The Permanent Obligation Of The Hidroelectrica Sa Branches To Carry Out Trips For: • Revision And Technical Finding Of The Installations; • Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Activities; • Mandatory Revisions During The Guarantee Period Of The Equipment And Works Executed; • Quick Interventions In Case Of Damage Or Dysfunctions; • Supply With Materials, Equipment And Spare Parts Necessary To Carry Out The Activity In Safe Conditions And Operational Continuity. The Lack Of Adequate Means Of Transport Can Lead To Delays In Interventions, Affect The Operating Parameters Of The Hydropower Installations, As Well As The Impossibility Of Complying With The Legal Or Contractual Terms For Maintenance, Verification Or Guarantee Works. Therefore, The Acquisition Of These Vehicles Is Justified Both Technically And Operationally, Having A Direct Impact On The Safety And Continuity Of Energy Production. In Support Of This Request, The Notes Of Necessity Prepared By Each Demanding Structure, Which Detail The Specific Needs And The Punctual Justification Of Each Utility, Are Attached In Annex 1. The Contracting Entity Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All The Clarification Requests -On The 5Th Day Before The Deadline Established By The Participation/ Simplified Announcement For Submitting Tenders. It Will Be Answered Only To The Requests For Clarifications Addressed By Op.Ec. Within The Deadline Stated Before.
