    Construction Work - Overall Renovation Parkhaus Spiez - Floor Coverings. Bls Netz Ag Is The Owner And Operator Of The Three -Story Parking Garage At Spiez Train Station. This Was Created In 1997 By The General Contractor Zschockke Ag. Over The Years, The Number Of Visible Defects Increased By Superficial Water, Which Penetrates The Structure Due To Insufficient Sealing. In Addition To Water Dripping On Parked Vehicles, These Water Intestines Led To Further Consequential Damage To The Concrete Components And The Facilities, Which Largely Stand Out From Usual Aging And Wear. This Was Done Despite One In 2010, In Connection With The Renovation Of The Train Station Building, The Covering Of The Kantonsstrasse And The Parking Area On The Ground Floor Took Place. In Der Folge Wurde Das Parkhaus Eingängig Untersucht Und Sondiert, Woraus Das Projekt Der Vorliegenden Gesamtsanierung Entstanden Ist, Welches Durch Den Generalplaner Delley+Partner Ag Aus Bern Erstellt Worden Ist. Bahnhofstrasse, Which Is Owned By The Canton Of Bern, Leads Over The Parking Garage. Bahnhofstrasse Is Also Renovated Over The Parking Garage And In The Area In Front Of The Station Building As Part Of The Parking Garage Renovation And Is Part Of The Present Project. In Front Of The Station Building, The Walkway Is Also Expanded To Include The So -Called “Spiever Terrace”. The Widening Is Owned By The Spiez Community And Is Also Optionally Renovated In The Course Of This Project. The Present Tender Concerns The Floor Coverings.
