    Quotation are invited for Street Lighting at Bu Dheeb Area - Construction Package. BIDDING OPENS ON: 11 August 2025 DUE ON: 8 September 2025 The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is tendering for the appointment of a qualified Main Contractor to undertake the construction works for the Street Lighting at Bu Dheeb Area Project (as shown in Figure 1). The project will be delivered under a Re-measurable Construction Contract based on the Employers Design. This contract structure requires the Contractor to execute the works as per the provided design documents and specifications, ensuring high-quality delivery of the project. This project is installation of new Street Lighting at Bu Dheeb Area with approximate total length of 25.5 km with all power network to feed the proposed street lighting. In addition to protection and relocation of the existing assets as required. The project area is along the existing roadway linking between Al Haffar Road (E75) and Dihan Area and near Al Fayah. A new Street Lighting Network shall be supplied and installed as per the Latest DMT Lighting Manual (PR-402) Third Edition issued in July 2021 including but not limited to the list in Scope of Services Street Lighting Network Works. A new 11KV and LV network shall be supplied and installed to feed the proposed street lighting network as per latest TAQA/ADDC/AADC Electricity Distribution Standards & Specification including but not limited to the list in Scope of Services Power Network Works.
