The Object Of Activity Of The Public Service Of Administration, Maintenance And Operation Of The Agri -Food Markets And Fairs In The Municipality Of Mediaș. The Economic Operator Is Responsible For All The Activities That Are Carried Out Within The Spaces That Are The Object Of The Concession And Ensures The Maintenance Work Necessary To Maintain In The Normal State Of Operation Of The Set Of Constructions, Installations And Facilities Related To Them. The Services Offered To The Beneficiaries Natural Or Legal Persons Are: • Ensuring The Material Base For Carrying Out The Activities Intended For The Marketing Of Goods; • Providing Parking Spaces In The Premises Or Immediate Approach Of The Market In Mediaș Municipality. The Market Administration System Means All The Measures And Means To Be Applied To Obtain An Efficient Exploitation. In Order To Carry Out The Public Administration Service, The Maintenance And Operation Of The Agri -Food Markets And Fairs In The Municipality Of Mediaș, The Operator Will Comply With The Regulations Of Organization And Operation And Will Ensure This Activity Directly, Under Continuity And Permanence. In This Sense, The Operator Will Not Be Able To Subdiscondrate, In Whole Or In Part, The Object Of The Contract. The Operator Of The Service Ensures The Accomplishment Of The Following Activities: A) Renting The Concessioned Goods; B) Organizing, Establishing And Pursuing The Development Of Trade Activities In The Perimeters Of Commercial Spaces; C) The Judicious Administration Of The Public Goods Of The Municipality, During Their Concession; D) Provision Of Services And Ensuring Sales Spaces For Economic Agents And Natural Persons Producing Agricultural Products; E) Ensuring, With The Support Of The Bodies Authorized By Law Conditions Of Optimal Protection Of Consumers And Of Loyal Competition Between The Economic Agents; F) Carrying Out Current And Capital Repairs, Maintenance Of Concessioned Public Assets; G) Organizing The Auction By Auction Of The Commercial Spaces In The Concession Public Domain, The Conclusion Of The Rental Contracts And The Monitoring Of The Way Of Complying With The Contractual Clauses, Including The Payment And Collection Of The Rents; H) Daily Performs The Taxation Of Natural And Legal Persons, In Compliance With The Legal Provisions In Force, For The Temporary Use Of The Public Domain And Ensures, According To The Law, The Development Of Services For The Merchant And The Buyer; I) Insurance Together With The Bodies Authorized By Law, Order And Discipline In Commercial Spaces.
