Tenders are invited for Procure 110 No. Metal Framed with Wooden Top Teachers Tables and Chairs Closing Date: 02nd September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Procure 110 No. Metal framed with wooden top Teachers Additional Information: The Nanumba South District Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations of the District Assemblies Common (DACF) to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the works and goods below. 2. The Nanumba South District Assembly therefore invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers and Contractors of the following categories (Class D3/K3 and above for only works projects). Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (N.C.T) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended act 914 of 2016, the Public Procurement Guidelines and the Regulations of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00). 4. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents: a. Valid Business Registration Certificate (all projects) b. Valid GRA Certificate (all projects) c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (all projects) d. Valid Labour certificate (for works projects) e. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3, K3 and above) (for only works) f. Valid PPA Registration certificate (all projects) g. Valid VAT registration certificate (only for goods) h. Water Resources Commission (only for water projects) 5. Any tender document not accompanied by any of the above will be declared non-responsive. Tenderers must submit 2 photocopies in addition to 1 ORIGINAL COPY, each containing all relevant documents and bound neatly together. 6. Completed Tender Documents must be deposited in the tender box located in the District Assembly Conference Hall on or before 10:00 am (local time) on Tuesday 2nd September 2025. The Tender opening shall take place immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of those Tenderers who wish to attend. Late tenders will be rejected. 7. Tender shall remain valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant tender Securities in the form of a Certified Bank Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank or Bid Bond from a reputable Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission and acceptable to Nanumba South District Assembly of a minimum of two (2%) of tender the price.
