The Offinso North District Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to fund eligible payments under the Project detailed below: 2. The Offinso North District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible registered contractors for the execution of the above project. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Completive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended Act 2016 (Act 914) and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 4. Interested and Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the District Coordinating Director, Offinso North District Assembly and inspect the Tender Documents from 9:00am to 5:00pm each working day. 5. A complete set of Tender Documents, in English, may be purchased by interested eligible contractors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHc 350.00). 6. Complete Tender Document must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the District Assembly Mini Conference Hall on or before Wednesday 27th August, 2025 at 11:00am prompt 7. All Tenders must be accompanied by 2% of the Tender Price as tender security from reputable bank or insurance company. 8. Tender shall be valid for a Period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. 9. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the District Assembly Mini Conference Hall at 11:00am on Wednesday 27th August, 2025. 10.
