Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Public Tender Regarding Handling And Marketing Of Land From Recycling Sites For Redux - Waste And Recycling. The Offering Of This Agreement Includes Receipt, Handling And Marketing Of The Contractors Land, Which Is Collected From The Five (5) Re -Breaking Sites In Kolding In The Municipality Of Kolding. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Transport Of The Waste Fraction To The Receiving Plant Specified By The Tenderer. The Contracting Entity Will Either Or Via A Third Party Deliver The Waste Fraction Via Their Own Container Transport. The Contracting Entity Strives To Deliver The Waste Fraction With Two (2) Containers Of 12 M3 At A Time, However, It Cannot Be Guaranteed To Be The Case For The Individual Reception. The Tenderers Task Consists Of, Upon Receipt, To Manage The Handling In The Form Of Analysis And Categorization Of The Soil According To The Degree Of Pollution And The Type Of Pollution, As Well As The Subsequent Marketing Of Land, Including The Notification Of Land Relocation In Accordance With The Soil Relocation Order. The Contractor Collected Land Must Be Handled By The Tenderer As A Minimum As Waste Intended For Recycling, Other Recovery, Disposal Or Better In Accordance With Section 12 Of The Waste Ordinance And In Accordance With The Environmental Protection Act And The Residual Product Order. Upon Receipt Of The Waste Fraction, The Tenderer Must Carry Out Transportation In Connection With Handling And Further Sale Of The Amount Of Land Received. The Waste Fraction Is Collected At The Recycling Sites As Land From Both Business And Private. The Contracting Entity Does Not Make Sorting Or Cleaning Of The Collected Waste Fraction Prior To Being Transferred To The Tenderer. Contractors Employees Carry Out Ongoing Visual Control Of The Waste Fraction And In This Regard Exceeds Any Major Error Sortings And The Like, But The Tenderer Must Accept Up To 5 % Error Sortings Per Year.
