    Petroleum Products, Fuel, Electricity And Other Sources Of Energy-Electricity-Option. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is Electricity In Accordance With The Electric Energy Costs According To The Accounting Measuring Sites (Hereinafter: The Cost) And Other Requested Conditions Indicated In The Procurement Documentation. Electricity Supplied Must Contain A Minimum Of 50% Electricity From Renewable Sources. In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources To Make It More Competitive With The Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources And To Encourage The Construction Of New Renewable Energy Sources And The Achievement Of Sustainable Development, The Contracting Authority Has Determined That The Electricity Must Contain The Aforementioned Minimum Electricity Percentage From Renewable Sources. Bidders Offer The Subject Of Procurement In Accordance With The General Conditions For The Use Of The Network And The Electricity Supply, Complying In All The Applicable Laws On The Electricity Market And Other Regulations That Regulate The Electricity Market.
