    Custom Software Development Services - Contract Database. Degewo Is A Local Housing Company That Creates Living Space For Over 140,000 People In More Than 80,000 Apartments. With Over 1,500 Employees Building, Managing And Managing Our Stocks. Degewo Plans To Modernize The Previously Used Contract Database By Introducing A New Digital Solution To Manage Contracts. The Aim Is To Modernize The Contract Database And Create A Contract Management Solution For The Efficient And Transparent Management Of Contracts In Order To Optimize The Processes To Make The Management Of Contracts Revision -Proof, Thus Improve Compliance And Minimize Data Protection Risks. The Following User Numbers Must Be Taken Into Account For The Solution: • Approx. 1,600 Degewo Employees, • Approx. 200 Active Users Of The Contract Database, Of Which 66 Required Licenses With Processing Rights And 134 Required Licenses With Reading Rights, • 60 % Mobile Users • 6500-7000 Contracts Per Month. Depending On The Selected Operating Model, This Can Be Done Either On The Basis Of An Evb-It Cloud Contract (Hosting By The Contractor) Or An Evb-It System Contract (Operation On The Cloud Infrastructure Of The Client). Both Variants Are Permitted And Are Assessed Equally As Part Of This Tender.
