The Techniker Krankenkasse (Tk) And The Hanseatic Health Insurance (Hek) Intend To Conclude Contracts According To § 127 Paragraph 1 Sgb V On The Care Of The Tk And Hek Insured Persons With Encasings Pg 88. In This Context, The Tk Is The Contact Person And Authorized To Submit And Accept All Legal Transactions, Declarations And Actions For The Hek, Which Are Necessary For The Implementation Of Contracts In Accordance With Section 127 (1) Sgb V. The Contracts Include The Delivery Of: Pg 88 Encasings And All Related Services.
