    Rolling Stock - Framework Agreement For Delivery Units For Distance Transport. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Pursuant To Section 131 Of The Act Between The Contracting Authority And The Selected Supplier. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is To Modify The Procedure For Concluding Sub -Purchase Contracts For: A) Production And Supply Of Up To 90 Pcs Of Passenger Railway Cars With A Speed Of At Least 230 Km/H Allowing Connections To Non -Free Fixed Sets With Pressure -Tight Intermediate Crossings, Fully Eligible To Operate On Railway Lines Of A Normal Breakup Of 1,435 Mm. Separately “Car”), Namely The Following Types Of Cars: • Afmpz - A 1 -Class Control Car, With A Capacity Of At Least 44 Seats; • Ampz - A 1 -Class Car With A Capacity Of At Least 55 Seats; • Brmpz - Dining Car (Seat Seats) With A 2 -Class Section, With A Capacity Of At Least 26 Seats In The 2Nd Wagon Class And At Least 18 Seats In The Bistro; • Bbmpz - Multifunction Car 2. Class With 3 Seats For Passengers, Toilet And Places For Children With A Capacity Of At Least 50 Seats; • Bmpz = Car 2. Class With A Capacity Of At Least 80 Seats, • Bdmpz = Car 2. Class With Space For Transport At Least 12 Bicycles With A Capacity Of At Least 60 Seats And Standard Uic Intermediate Interface B) Delivery Of Spare Parts And Design Units Of The Exchange System
