Within The Digitalization Strategy, The Vaslui County Emergency Hospital Identified The Important Role Of The Digital Transformation Process And The Impact Of New Information Technologies On The Processes Within The Hospital That Can Be Improved/Exchanged Through The Use Of New Digital Technologies. The Strategy Consists In Repetitive Development Of Four Steps For The Iterative Digital Transformation Of All The Processes Carried Out At The Hospital Level: Analysis Of Opportunities For Improvement, Standardization Of Processes, Establishing Priorities For Transforming Digital Processes. Thus, The Following Objective Was Set: The Purchase Of An Integrated Solution For The Implementation (And/Or Improvement) Of The Clinical And Non-Clinical Software And Interoperability, Including Staff Training Courses, With The Following Components: • Component 1: Improvement Of Communications Networks (It Infrastructure); • Component 2: Implementation And/Or Improvement Of Clinical Software And Interoperability; • Component 3: Implementation And/Or Improvement Of Non-Clinical Software And Interoperability; The Activities Proposed In The Project Aim To Implement The Digital Strategy Of The Hospital As Follows: 1. Improvement Of The It Infrastructure, By Acquiring New It Equipment To Support The Software Solution For Both The Clinical And Non-Clinical Domain; 2.. Implementation Of Clinical, Integrated And Interoperable Software, For: • Administration Of Patients And Programming • Existence, Structure And Accessibility Of The Patients File • Laboratory Analysis Management • Management Of Imaging And Medical Radiology • Administrative And Logistical Management Of The Pharmacy Of The Sanitary Unit • Digitalization Of The Non-Clinical Sections. Integrated And Interoperable, For: • Electronic Registry • Document And Flow Management • Human Resources Management • Administrative Management (Maintenance Of Buildings And Installations) • Supply Chain Management • Providing Security Services In Accordance With This Digital Transformation Strategy, Is Aimed At Identifying A Provider/Technological Solutions That Allow The Development Of The Hospital. Thus, It Is Aimed At Choosing A Supplier Who Will Provide An Open Solution That Allows The Hospital To Make Changes/Updates According To The Training Provided To The Employees In The Use Of These Applications. In Order To Improve The It Infrastructure, A Number Of 364 Equipment Will Be Purchased. The Implementation Of Clinical And Non -Clinical Software Will Result In The Rapid And Secure Exchange Of Information Between The Different Departments And Entities Involved In Providing Health Services; Will Allow Fluent Communication And Collaboration Between Different Systems And Applications Used Within The Hospital, As Well As Other Medical Institutions Or External Partners
