The Central Kitchen Has Been In Service Since 1992. It Manufactures And Provides 10,000 Meals/ Day On Average, Served In Particular In Schools In The City Of Le Mans And For The Ccas. Meals Are Served In Restaurants, Mainly Equipped With Equipment For The Cold Connection. The Holder Will Have To Maintain Levels 1 To 5 Of The Afnor Standard (Nf Fdx 60-000, X 60-010-1994) And The Iso 9001 Standard, Regardless Of Brand And Technology.
