The Defense Forces Logistics Department Is Requesting Tenders For The Payment Of The Defense Forces Sports And Cultural Advisory Payment Solution, Which Includes The Total Physical Payment And Payment Service Management. The Sports And Cultural Benefit In Question Refers To The Benefit Of The Tax Administrations Personnel Benefits For Taxation. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Defined In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. The Administrative Units Of The Defense Forces May Provide Their Staff With The Opportunity To Use Voluntary National Sports And Cultural Benefits. Voluntary Activities Means That An Employee Can Choose A Hobby And Sport From Numerous Options And Do The Time They Want. In His Own System, The Supplier Must Ensure That The Purchase Orders And Invoices For The Various Administrative Units Are Treated Separately, And For Each Administrative Unit, Has Its Own Customer Number Or Other Method Of Breakdown, Which Can Be Handled As Independent Operators. One Supplier Is Selected As The Provider Of The Service. The Contract Is Concluded For The Contract Period 2026-2029. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is € 3,000,000.00 (Eur 3 Million) Vat 0% And This Value Takes Into Account The Possible Annual Variation In The Use Of The Service. Currently, The Defense Forces Have 9,100 People And The Benefit Of Eur 100/V/Employee. The Current Agreement Of The Defense Forces On Sports And Cultural Benefits Will End When The Value Of The Agreement Is Full Of Early 2026. As A Result, The Start Of The New Agreement Will Take Place In Early 2026.
