    Contaminated-Soil Treatment Services- Acquisition Of Contaminated Land Reception And Final Investment Services. The City Of Espoo (Later Also The Subscriber) Requests Offers For The Reception And Disposal Services Of The Contaminated Country. The Acquisition Applies To The Following Material Reception And Disposal Activities:- Reception Of Contaminated Land On The Basis Of Waste Classification- Contaminants Contaminated With Contaminants Exceeding The Upper Reference Values ​​Set Out In The Government Decree 214/2007 -Non-Contaminated Soil Containers Containing Waste Fractions, Which Are Below The Threshold Levels Set Out On The Government Decree 214/2007-Non-Spoiled Soil Containers Containing The Contaminant Concentrations Of The Government Regulation 214/2007 Useful Concrete - Non -Beneficial Concrete - Brick Waste, Useful And Non -Utro -Useful - Bottom Or Fly Ash - Soil With Ground Or Air Ash For Power Plants - Construction Waste, Mixed -To -Ground Waste In The Ground. Mass Batches Formed - Sludge - Solidified Dredging Masses - A Country With Asbestos Waste - Waste Containing Permanent Organic Compounds (Pop -Waste) - A Land With Coal - Alien Species -Vegetable Waste Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement Under The Procurement Law. For Each Annex 3, A Maximum Price Appendix For The Soil And Waste Grade Is Selected For Each Appendix. The Tenderer May Submit A Sub-Offer On A Soil And Waste Quality Basis In Accordance With The Capacity And Permit Conditions Of Their Reception. For A More Detailed Description Of The Content Of The Procurement, See Annex 1 Of The Invitation To Tender. Description Of The Subject Of The Acquisition. The Expected Total Value Of The Acquisition For Four Years Is Eur 2,500,000 (Vat 0 %). The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Certain Acquisition Volumes During The Contract Period.
