The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of Photovoltaic Installations And Notifications To The Distribution Network Operator (Osd) Of Complete On-Grid Solar Micro Installations With A Capacity Of Up To 50 Kwp Each. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain And Perform Any Arrangements Required By Law, Notification Of Works And Permits (If Concerned), Developing Project Documentation, Which Is The Subject Of Agreement With The Appraiser For Fire Protection In Terms Of Compliance With Fire Protection Requirements, As Well As Notifying The State Fire Service Organs On The Completion Of A Photovoltaic Installation And Planned To Use It. The Contractors Obligations Also Include The Preparation And Transfer Of As -Built Documentation To The Employer In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Order Covers The Entire Scope Of Works Necessary To Perform And Accept The Assembly Works And To Carry Out Technological Start -Up Of Complete Renewable Energy Sources Installations With Transfer To Operation. Execution Of Installation And Measurements To Check The Correct Operation Of The Apparatus Along With Accompanying Works, Among Others: Performing The Necessary Mounting Openings To Introduce Devices, Bricking Mounting Holes After The Introduction Of Devices, Making Culverts In Places Of Cable Routes Through The Walls, Roof Or Other Obstacles, Sealing Of The Culverts.
