Software Package And Information Systems - Procurement Of A Clinical Workplace System (Kas). The Thorax Clinic-Heidelberg Ggmbh (Client) Intends To Procure And Introduce A Modern, Powerful Clinical Workplace System (Kas), Which Offers Future-Proof, User-Friendly And Process-Oriented Support For Digital Care And Treatment Documentation. The Present Contractual Status Is Implemented Within The Funding Inventory 3 According To § 19 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 No. 3A Khsfv (Digital Care And Treatment Documentation). The New Kas Is To Be Used In The Clinic In Both Inpatient And Outpatient Areas Of The Thoracic Clinic. The Aim Is The Complete Digitization Of The Previously Analogous Documentation Processes With A Focus On Improved Documentation Quality, Process And Time Efficiency As Well As A Media-Free, Continuous Data Availability. This Promotes Interdisciplinary Collaboration And The Basis For Holistic Patient Care Is Laid. The New Kas Is Introduced In Addition To The Existing System Landscape. A Complete Replacement Of The Leading Kis Of The Type Sap Is-H In Conjunction With The Current Kas Of The Type I.S.H.Med Is Not Intended. Rather, The New System Is To Be Operated In Close Integration With The Existing Solutions, Which Are To Be Replaced In Selected Functional Areas. In Particular With Regard To Digital Documentation In The I.S.H.Med, It Is Planned To Gradually Replace It With The New Kas In Order To Further Develop The Digital Transformation Of The Clinical Processes. The Introduction Is Followed In Close Interaction With Other Existing Systems Such As The Pdms, The La-Bor-It, Archive System And Other Clinical Modules. The Essential Objectives Of The New Kas Are: - Ensuring Compliance With Legal And Regulatory Requirements In The Area Of Health Care - Optimization And Standardization Of Clinical Workflows In The Sense Of A Structured, Digital Documentation And Process Control - Reduction Of Technical Complexity And Step -By -Step Replacement Of Existing Products And Self -Developments - Improvement In Usability And Usability In Clinical Life Through Intuitive, Clinical Everyday Life Adapted User Interfaces - Increasing Interoperability With Other Systems In The Clinic Network - Strengthening Innovative Strength Through Modern It Support Of Treatment Paths And Decision -Making Processes The Client Sees Itself As A Learner, Digitally Networked Organization With The Highest Demands On Quality And Patient Orientation. The Planned Kas Is A Central Component In Order To Secure And Further Develop This Position In University Medical Care In The Long Term.
