The Purpose Of The Underlying Ground Surveys Is To Determine The Ground Conditions Of The Area To Plan The Construction Of The Fairway. Basic Surveys Include Drilling (Clamp/Reflector And Drill Drilling), Soil Sampling And Their Laboratory Tests. The Acquisition Includes Option Sediment Sampling. The Work Is Done From A 3-Foot Work Ferry Based On The Bottom, Which Can Rely On Max. About -20 M Depth. Drill Depth Max. About - 16.5 M N2000. Based On The Ground Surveys, The Aim Is To Investigate The Location Of The Rock Surface In The Design Area And The Soil Boundaries, As Well As Soil Types And Their Dredging. In Addition, Sediment Samples (Option) Are Taken From The Design Area. The Planned Raking Level On The Fairway Exterior Is -13.0 M N2000 And The Inside Is -12.4 M N2000. The Detailed Description And Requirements Of The Thesis Are Presented In This Invitation To Tender And In Its Appendix. A Description Of The Performance Of The Ground Surveys Is Reflected In The Ground Survey Program, Which Is Also Annexed To The Invitation To Tender. A Roof Price (Without Option) Is Set For € 230,000 For The Purchase. Studies Are Performed Up To The Ceiling Price At Unit Prices. The Redemption Of The Option Will Be Decided Separately. Work Must Be Done During The Fall Season 2025. The Procurement Is Subject To The Law On Public Procurement And Access Agreements (1397/2016, Procurement Law). The Procurement Is Carried Out Using An Open Procedure Under The Procurement Act. The Acquisition Is A Service Acquisition Exceeding The Eu Threshold. One Consultant Agreement Will Be Tendered In The Acquisition. The Procurement Documents Related To The Procurement Are Available In Finnish. The Offer And Its Annexes Must Be Submitted In Finnish. A Pre -Notice Of The Acquisition Has Been Published On 10 July 2025. The Procurement Is Carried Out By An Accelerated Procedure (The Calculation Of The Offers 15 Days) Because Of The Urgency Of The Acquisition. Research Work In The Sea Should Be Launched As Soon As Possible, As In The Autumn, Marine Weather Conditions Often Become Challenging For Research.
