1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Gradual Delivery Within 24 Months Of The Chemical Compound Used To Drain Sewage Sludge Resulting In The Sewage Purification Process - Hereinafter Referred To As The Floculant. The Expected Amount Of Purchase By The Contracting Authority Is 34,000 Kg. The Quantity Given Is An Estimated Size And May Change. 2. The Minimum Amount Of Floculant That The Contracting Authority Purchases During The Contract Is 28,000 Kg. 3. The Supplied Floculant Is To Be In The Form Of An Emulsion. 4. The Floculant At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Sandomierz Is Used In The Process Of Drainage Of Sewage Sludge On The Alfa Laval Aldec 45 Decancies Centrifugal. Containing At Least The Product Name, Supplier Name, Durability Date And The Characteristics Card Of The Offered Floculant. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 11 To Swz.7. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors. The Landlord Demands That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer, Part Of The Contract, Whose Performance Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Notify The Ordering Party Of Any Changes In Relation To The Information Referred To In The First Sentence, During The Implementation Of The Order, And Also Provide The Required Information About New Subcontractors, To Whom He Intends To Entrust The Order At A Later Time. The Contracting Authority Will Examine Whether There Are No Grounds For Exclusion Specified In Relation To The Contractor In The Face Of The Subcontractor. If The Subcontractor Is Based On The Grounds For Exclusion, The Contracting Authority Requests That The Contractor, Within The Time Limit Specified By The Contracting Authority, Replace This Subcontractor Under Pain Of Preventing The Subcontractor To Perform The Contractor. Parts Of The Order He Intends To Entrust To Him. 8. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts For The Following Reasons: 8.1. The Quantitative Division Consisting In The Breakdown Of The Volume Of Supply Would Threaten Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract, Due To The Loss Of The Benefit Of The Scale Effect, So There Is A Close Relationship Between The Size Of The Order And The Method Of Calculating The Price For Delivery, And Thus The Division Of The Order Indicates A High Probability Of Price Increases, 8.2. The Order Is Of A Value Not Exceeding The Eu Thresholds And The Existing Experience Of The Employer Shows That Mainly Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises Apply For Such An Order, So The Scope Of The Order Is Adapted To The Needs Of The Sme Sector Without The Need To Further Crush The Scope Of The Order.
