    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery (Production, Sale, Delivery, Assembly) Of Laboratory Furniture, Hereinafter Referred To As Furniture For The Needs Of The Industry Skill Center In The Field Of Chemical Industry In The School Complex Ignacy Łukasiewicz In Police. 2. The Subject Of Delivery Is Only New Furniture (It Is Not Allowed To Submit Offers For Used Furniture). Types Of Furniture For Delivery, As Well As Determining The Minimum, Expected By The Employer, Properties And Other Qualitative Features, Functional Furniture And Individual Types Of Furniture, As Well As The Required Quantities In Which The Furniture Produced Should Be Offered In The Performance Of This Order (Opz) Together With Their Distribution Are Determined By The Following Documents: 1) Annex No. 2A Swz - Swz Description; 2) Annex No. 2B Swz - Premises With The Target Furniture Arrangement. 3. In Addition, The Sales And Delivery Of Individual Furniture To The Contracting Authority, Which Is The Subject Of This Order, Includes: 1) Transfer Of Ownership, Transport, Unloading, Application; 2) Arrangement, Leveling, Installation (Including Appropriate Assembly) Including Connection To All Installations, Starting And Conducting Tightness Tests (At The Place Of Delivery Of The Furniture); 3) If In Annex 2A Swz Is Provided For Purchase In This Procedure, Household Appliances Or Contracting Authorities Already Have Such Equipment, As Part Of The Contract, It Should Be Connected To Existing Current, Water And Sewage Installations; 4) Issuing The Documents Referred To In The Contract Template 4. The Place Of Delivery, Assembly And Issue Of Furniture To The Employer By This Order Are The Ordering Room, Located In The Bcu Building In Lubieszyn In The Dobra Commune. Detailed Benefits Consisting Of The Above -Mentioned Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Contract, Place (Address) Of Delivery, As Well As Other Conditions For Their Implementation - Contains A Contract Template And Annex 2A, 2B Swz.
