The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Complete Project Documentation Together With Investor Cost Estimates And The Bill Of Quantities, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of 11 September 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project, And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specification And The Implementation Of Construction Works As Well Functional And Utility For The Task Thermomodernization Of The Building Of The Sports Championship School Complex In Jastrzębie-Zdrój As Part Of The Project Thermomodernization Of Educational Facilities. The Field Of Projects In The Field Of Industries: The Project Should Be Completed And Agreed In The Scope Of All Necessary Industries And Include, Among Others Containing All Necessary Arrangements;- Connections Projects With Investor Costs And The Bill Of Quantities For Individual Networks Containing All The Necessary Arrangements;- Arrangements/ Opinions/ Expertise Resulting From Legal Provisions, And Necessary To Implement The Investment; The Detailed Scope Of The Task Was Included In The Designed Contractual Provisions (Annex No. 8 To Swz).
