    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Providing Services Related To The Organization And Conduct Of Classes With Disabled People With Moderate, Significant Or Deep Intellectual Disabilities, Including Coupled Disabilities That Were Graduates Of Sosw In Krasnystaw As Part Of The Pilot Program Rehabilitation 25 Plus. August 21, 2018 On The Approval Of The Pilot Program Rehabilitation 25 Plus; • Resolution Of The Pfron Supervisory Board No. 11/2023 Of May 15, 2023; • Ordinance Of Pfron Management Board Proxies Specifying A Passenger Rate Per Beneficiary Of The Rehabilitation 25 Plus Program; • Procedures Of The Rehabilitation 25 Plus Program. 2. The Entire Order Is Completed By The Following Tasks: Task 1 - Physiotherapist 20 Hours/Menstruation 2 - Oligophrenopedagogue 140 Hours/Menstruation 3 - Teachers Help 100 Hours/Month Task 1 And 2 - 160 Hours/Month; Task 3 - 100 Hours/Monthly During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Perform 2,600 Hours.
