The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction And Electric Services And Works For The Purpose Of Maintenance And Operation Of Street Lighting And Backlight Elements Owned By The Gliwice Commune In The City Of Gliwice From The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract No. And A Written Notification Of The Contractor About This Fact, But Not Later Than From 01.10.2025. And Successively For 12 Months, But Not Longer Than Until The Contractual Amount Referred To In § 6 Para. 1 Of The Contract Template. Services Will Include, Among Others Painting Lighting Columns, Maintenance Of Lighting Wardrobes, Replacement Of Sources And Lighting Fittings, Repairing Damaged Supply Cables And Maintaining The On-Line Lighting Failure Report. Construction Robots Will Consist, For Example, In The Reconstruction Of The Destroyed Pole Or Lighting Wardrobe Together With The Restoration Of The Area To The Original State After The End Of The Work. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make A Lighting Network Inspection Every Two Weeks And Maintain A Technical Ambulance 24 Hours A Day, Including Non -Working Days And Holidays In Order To Immediately Perform Orders Related To The Threat To Human Life Or Threat To Property. The Implementation Of Lighting Points Together With Technical Data Is Specified In Annex 7 And 8 To The Template Of The Contract.
