Software Support Services-Framework Agreement 48 Months-Updating, Development, Maintenance And Technical Support For The Cnas Component Of The Eessi-Ro System. The National Health Insurance House Manages Apo03 (Access Point 3 Of Romania) And The Rina Platform Corresponding To The Health Risk In Romania. Through Apo03 And Rina All The Health Insurance Houses (Cas) Under The Subordination Of Cnas Fulfill Their Duties Within The Eessi. The Cas Have Their Own Identities (Identification Codes) Within The Eessi. The Essir Infrastructure Was Carried Out By Jointly Putting All The Equipment Delivered In The Project In Order To Carry Out A High Availability Architecture And To Ensure All Functionalities For Each Participating Institution. It Should Also Be Emphasized That The Technique Is Shared Between All The Institutions Participating In The Essir Project So That The Unavailability Of One Of The Cnas Equipment Can Unavailable For All Institutions In The Field Of Social Security. Therefore, Throughout The 48-Month Framework Agreement, The Acquisition Of The Following Activities Is Required In A Single Lot: 1. Maintance Of The Eesi-Cnas System Through The Administration, Maintenance And Technical Support Services Ensure The Operation Of Eessi-Cnas 24/7, 365 Days Per Year As Well As To Maintain A Normal Level Of Availability And Performance, At Least The Level Of Performance And Performance The Beginning Of The Service. It Also Ensures The Installation Of The Necessary Updates Or Patches. The Maintenance Provided By The Supplier Will Include Minimum: - Rina And Ap Migrations To New Versions Available (Configuration, Installation, Migration And Testing In The Case Of New Versions Of Ap/Rina Applications), Data Migrations, Data Migration, Necessary Reconfigurations; - Performing Periodic Backups Of Data And Configurations, Performing Restorations In Case Of Necessity; - Management And Installation Of The Technical Certificates Necessary For The System; - Monitoring, Maintenance And Administration Of Hardware And Software Components That Are Part Of The Cnass Eessi System; -Application Of Fixes And Patches; - Management And Resolution Of The Interruptions Of The Services On Which The Operation Of The Eessi Of Cnas System Depends. 2.. Technical And Development Support Services: The Provider Will Provide Cnas A County Center Service Available For The Cnas Staff To Be Communicated After Signing The Framework Agreement And For The Other Support Services Involved In The Maintenance And Technical Support Of Eessi - Ro. The Supplier Will Provide Technical Support Services For The Use Of The Eessi - Cnas (Approx0 And Rina) System For Cnas Users: The Supplier Will Ensure The Management And Investigation Of Incidents Such As: - Availability Incidents (User/User Interface) - Incidents Related To Sync To Rina Or Na - Incidents Related To Outdoor (Networks). -
