1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Tasks: 1) Renovation Of The Podgórze Os. In Szklarska Porębieszczeków, The Material Scope Was Described In The Design And Distortion Documentation Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. 2) Renovation Of Ul. Paderewski Szklarska Poręba Hill The Detailed Material Scope Was Described In The Design And Science Documentation Constituting Annex 10 To Swz. 2 The Amount Of Works Should Be Determined On The Basis Of Project Documentation. The Attached Number Of Works Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Element. When Determining The Scope Of Work, It Should Be Remembered That The Construction Project Is Then The Executive Design And The Lowest In The Hierarchy Of Documents Specifying The Scope Of Work Are Located. Thus, In A Situation Where The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Contain Any Work, But They Were Specified In The Construction Design, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Them For The Amount Given In The Offer. Similarly, In A Situation Where The Executive Design Would Not Contain Any Work But They Would Be Described In The Construction Design, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform Them For The Amount Given In The Offer. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop (In Consultation With The Employer) And To Provide The Employer Before Signing The Material And Financial Schedule Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Hrf. Hrf Should Contain, Among Others: The Name Of Each Task With The Expected Payment Date For Each Of These Tasks. Hrf Is Subject To Approval By The Ordering Party At The Latest On The Day Of Signing The Contract. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Provide The Employer With An Offer Cost Estimate Developed By A Detailed Calculation Method - Separately For Each Task, No Later Than 3 Business Days After Signing The Contract. Since The Applicable Remuneration Is A Flat -Rate Remuneration, This Cost Estimate Will Be Used To Calculate The Contractors Due Remuneration In The Event Of Withdrawal From The Contract, As Well As The Basis For Settling Possible Additional Construction Works. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Works For The Repairs.
