    1. The Contracting Authority Orders, And The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Task Entitled: Closer To The Sun-Pure Energy For Administrative Facilities And Secondary Schools Of The Bieruń-Lędziński Poviat No. Fesl.10.06-Iz.01-079B/23 Under The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027, Priority Fesl.10 European Funds For Transformation Fesl.10.06 Distributed Energy Development Based On Renewable Energy Sources. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Supply And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Micro -Installations Together With Energy Warehouses For: A) Social Services Center In Lędziny Ul. Lędzińska 24A, 43-140 Lędziny, B) High School Powstańców Śląskich In Bieruń Ul. High School 17, 43-150 Bieruń, C) Poviat Road Administration In Bieruń Ul. Warszawska 168, 43-150 Bieruń, D) Poviat School Complex In Bieruń Ul. Granitowa 130, 43-150 Bieruń, E) Poviat School Complex In Lędziny Ul. Room 4, 43-140 Of Lędzina, And Preparing The Necessary Documentation, Delineating, Adaptation And Equipment Of Rooms For The Locations Of Energy Warehouses In Accordance With Applicable Conditions For Installing Energy Storage, In Particular Fire Regulations, A Correct Notification Of The State Fire Brigades, As Well As Notification To The Osp Operator Of Photovoltaic Installations And Energy Warehouses To Operate And Starting And After Starting Will Provide Service. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Roof Preparatory Work To The Extent Necessary For The Correct And Permanent Installation Of Photovoltaic Installations. 4. Executive Is Obliged To Prepare Rooms Intended For Installation Of Energy Storage In A Way That Ensures Proper And Safe Functioning Of The Devices.
