    1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of Vertical Turbines At The Mosir Swimming Pool In Rumia.2) The Tender Procedure Is Conducted In The Formula Design And Build. 3) The Order Includes, Among Others Updating The Data Indicated In The Conditions Of Connecting P/24/087944, Point 7.2.1. And Agreeing Them From Energa Operator S.A. Complementing The Requirements Of The Construction Law And Energy Law Enabling The Implementation Of The Project, -Investment On The Roof Of The Mosir Swimming Pool Of Two Vertical Turbines With A Power Of Min. 1.5 Kw With A Height Of Max. 3 Mb. From The Roof Slope Of The Social Part, Rumia Ul. Rodziewiczówny 8.4) Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Obligations Of The Contractor For Individual Parts Are Determined By The Attachments: A) Functional And Utility Program (Pfu)- Annex A To Swz, B) Terms Of Connection To The Energa-Energa-Operator Sa- Annex B To Swz, C) Contract Template- Annex 9 To Swz.
