Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Project Documentation Entitled: 1) Technical Projects Of Renovation And Repair Of Damaged Elements Of Buildings-Construction And Construction Industry Prepared By Mgr Inż. Marcin Kubiczak From December 2023. Office And Social Building And Technical Building; 2) Expertise; 3) Scope Of Works For Both Buildings; 4) Number Of Works; 2.2. The Office And Social Building Includes Such Works As: 1) Supplementing Facade Defects And Cracks In The Outer Walls; 2) Modernization Of Facade Paintings; 3) Repair Of Damage In The Form Of Cracks And Scratches Of The Internal Walls And Their Finishing; 4) Modernization Of Interior Walls Paintings; 5) Repair (Equalization) Of Rooms And Finishing Of The Finish; 6) Repair (Replacement) Of Ceramic Finishing Stairs; 7) Performing The External Insulation Of The Walls And The New Facade.
