The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Equipment For The Electrical, Energy, Robotic-Automatic Laboratory Complex In The Form Of: Controls, Programming, Regulation, Security And Signaling Of Machinery, Electrical, Energy, Automatic And Robotic Installations With Operational Materials. The Offered Equipment Should Be Submitted At The Offer, According To The Template, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz (I.E. On The Date Of Submission Of Offers), As It Will Specify The Benefit In It, Which Will Be Fulfilled In The Event Of The Selection Of The Offer As The Most Advantageous, It Consists Of The Content Of The Offer. At The Same Time, The Content Of The Offer Consists Only Of These Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which Contractors Should Not Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Device With Minimal Requirements Of The Employer - On The Principle Meets/ Does Not Meet, But Provide The Full Name Of The Manufacturer, Type And Model Of The Equipment Offered For Its Unambiguous Identification And/ Or Specify The Size Of The Technical Parameters Or The Characteristics Of The Devices. Specifying This Information Is Necessary For The Contracting Authority To Conduct The Proceedings And Consists Of The Content Of The Offer. Therefore, The Possible Failure To Submit The Description Of The Offered Equipment At The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Or Not Fulfilling, Or Incorrect Filling In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, Preventing The Contracting Authority To Identify The Offered Device, Or The Inability To Determine: Whether The Offered Devices Meet The Minimum Technical Requirements Referred To In The Formula. Annex 5 To Swz Will Result In An Absolute Rejection Of The Offer, Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 2 Lit.C) And/Or Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Ppl. Referred To In The Provision Of Art. 106 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. Filled. However, It Is Not Allowed To Submit Or Supplement After The Deadline For Submitting Offers, The Description Of The Offered Equipment In The Part Constituting The Content Of The Offer, If It Was To Supplement The Originally Not Provided Information, Or A Change In Originally Specifically Specified In The Quantities Of Technical Parameters, Or The Features Of The Offered Devices.
