The Subject Of The Contract Is The Sale And Delivery Of Computer And Multimedia Equipment To Retrofit Rooms In The Cas Building To The Needs Of Conducting Classes With The Elderly, Creating Two Mobile Workshop Of Digital Competences And Retrofitting Rooms In The Cas Building To The Needs Of Conducting Classes With The Elderly - Creating A Computer Laboratory For Professional Activation As Part Of The Project: Stillactive. The Project Is Co-Financed From European Funds For Social Development For 2021-2027, Priority Fers.01.00, Operation Fers.01.01, Scope Of Intervention: Actions Encouraging Actively Aging In Good Health. 1.2 The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 2 Tasks: 1.2.1 Sales And Delivery Of Computer And Peripheral Equipment, Mobile Devices And Accessories. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A. Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of The Following Computer And Peripheral Equipment, Mobile Devices And Accessories: 1. Laptop 3 Pieces 2. All-In-One Computer 10 Pieces 3. Hold Headphones With A Microphone On A Headband Of 10 Pieces 4. Wireless Mouse 10 Pieces5. Smartphone 10 Pieces6. Tablet With A Stylus And A Case 10 Pieces. The Contractors Obligation Is To Provide The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex 3 To Swz (For Task 1) Its Unloading, Assembly And Launch. C. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Resulting From Applicable Law. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused. The Devices Must Be Equipped With Legal Unused Software Enabling The Implementation Of All Assumptions Specified In The Specification Licensed Only On The Contracting Authority. The Employer Reserves The Right To Verify The Legality Of The Software And The Desired Website Modes. E. All Components Of The Device, I.E. Electronics, Mechanical Components, Must Be Covered By A Full Warranty For The Offered Warranty Period. F. Access To The Latest Versions Of The Manufacturers System And Office Software That Allows Trouble -Free Operation In The Current Versions Of Computer Systems.G. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Described In Task 1 Is 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report.
