1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supply And Implementation Of Server-Network Equipment Together With The Software As Part Of The Project Entitled Cyber ​​-Secured Zielonka - Strengthening Resistance To Digital Threats At The City Hall Of Zielonka And Units Subordinate To The City. The Order Includes: Purchase Of Server-Network Equipment And Software, Installation And Configuration Services Of The Hardware With Software Installation And Data Migration To A New It Environment And Conducting Training In The Field Of Implemented Solutions For The City Hall Of Zielonka, Four Primary Schools From Zielonka, The Shared Services Center In Zielonka And The Social Welfare Center In Zielonka. 2. The Warranty Period Required By The Employer For Hardware And Software Was Specified In Point 1.3 Opz (Annex 1 To Swz). In The Selected Items In Which The Time Interval 24-60 Months Was Entered, The Contractor Has The Option Of Offering The Warranty Period In The Indicated Time Intervals In The Offer Form - One (The Same) Warranty Period In Relation To All The Opz Item Selected By The Employer. The Warranty Period Adopted By The Contractor For These Items Is A Non -Price Criterion For Bid Evaluation, In Accordance With Point Xix.3 Swz. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of The Contracting Authority Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract, Without Reservations. 3. Order Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds Program For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2-Strengthening Of The National Cyber Security System. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Includes Annex 1 To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz). All Requirements Specified In Opz (Annex 1 To Swz) Constitute Minimum Requirements - If It Is Not Written Otherwise, The Offered Hardware And Software Must Be Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In Opz. Meeting These Requirements Is Obligatory. In The Offer Form (Annex 2 To Swz), The Contractors Are Required To Provide: Manufacturers Names, Type Or Model Or Version Of The Hardware And Software Offered, While In Relation To The Server_1 And Server_2 The Results Of The Passmark -Cpu Mark Test, The Offered Multi -Core Processors For Server Purpose, Which Were Generated Not Earlier Than As At The Date Of The Announcement.
