The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Roofs On The Buildings Of The Municipal Headquarters And The Rescue And Firefighting Units No. 1 And 2 In Kalisz 2. The Task Is Commissioned As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026 In The Field Of Hns -Dedicated To Population Protection Entities, I.E. For Poviat Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service In Order To Obtain Capacity In The Field Of Hns (According To The Ministry Of Interior And Administration, And Kg Psp With The Ministry Of National Defense). 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Offer Cost Estimate (Annex 1 To Swz) And Technical Documentation (Annex 7 To Swz). As Part Of The Contract In Question, Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Consisting In: 1) Renovation Of The Roofing On Jrg 1 And Km Psp Kalisz, Ul. Nowy Świat 40-42, Including Replacing The Gutter And Lightning Protection System. 2) Roading Renovation On Jrg 2 Kalisz, Ul. Częstochowska 140, Including The Exchange Of Guttering And Lightning Protection Installation. 4. Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. 1) The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Performance Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing The Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974. Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). This Requirement Applies To People Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works, I.E.
